I have faced so many fears this past year, and let me tell you it is worth it to conquer the things in life that scare you! You won’t regret it!

In other news, Mark and I just got back from our Kansas City trip! It was so much fun! We went to the zoo, shopping, discovered the Power & Light District, played a lot Wii, and actually got pretty decent at Mario Kart! And so much more! It was a blast!

I’m also getting my half sleeve this Tuesday!!!!! I am sooooo excited I cannot even express it!  I am getting a dream catcher sort of like this one >below< but way cooler!!! I will post pictures soon!!

It's not always easy...

…living with 4 guys but sometimes it is worth it!  Today our landlord came over and pulled me aside, I figured we were in trouble for something like:the toilets being broken, the broken garbage disposal, the door knob we had to break off in order to open the bathroom door, etc. But instead he praised us for keeping the house neat and not completely destroying the house and gave me $50 for Superbowl this Sunday! SO NICE!

It's Luis's birthday Sunday and we do not have cable or really care about sports so we are having a little birthday thing for him with that money instead. Maybe get some cake and icecream.

All this to be said, sometimes they can be little, messy, annoying jerks.  But in the end they pull through and help score us $50!

Keep it up guys!

In other news, astronomy is my enemy and we will never get along, but we will have to try if I am ever going to get through my last general education class.

Anyone else hate science?

A Cluster of Good Things

First off a HUGE thanks to Koree, the author of Unveiled for giving my blog a facelift.
Doesn't it look Amazing!?

Secondly, Lana Del Rey's full album was released and if you love great music you will love her! Check her out on Itunes!

Also, if you haven't bought  The Shin's new single you are missing out on something perfect!

Lastly, Valentine's Day is in 2 weeks from today!

If you are in need of some beautiful dresses Ruche has a wonderful collection!

I am looking at one of these….

What are your plans for V-day?

Blogs are a big commitment.

Blogs are harder to keep than expected. It is hard to come home after a long day of school or work and find the inspiration/motivation to sit and write out a blog.

But here I am, finding the time instead of cleaning the house so I guess there is some time every week to write up a quick blog.

I want a half sleeve. It will be my third tattoo and I would get it over Spring break as a 23rd birthday present to myself. The problem is, I have no idea what I want.

Do I want one big picture of something? Or a collection of things I love?

Here are a few inspiration pieces I found.
Birds are pretty and you can do a lot with them to make them unique, but everyone has at least one bird tattoo so I don't think I want that….

These are both awesome combinations of things. I would put my own images in but I like the colors and the blended-ness of these.

I love the whale. I love the ocean and water is my favorite element so I would love something involving the ocean, ships, mermaids, I just can't decide on a unique way to design them into what I want. My dad was a boat captain in California for a long time so it would be cool to have a little tribute to him and the lessons he taught me about all of the majestic ocean animals and the experiences I got to have with him on the wharf and the love and passion for the ocean that he gave me.

Any ideas?

I will give an update blog later. I have been in my little circle of friends and life lately so it's hard to think that other people may care what is going on in my life.  Even though it is pretty eventful!
